msbuild 15.3 and Microsoft.Bcl.Build issue

P.S. September 2017, current msbuild 15.3.0.0 works normally.




The old (non actual) post:

I don't know why, but we have Microsoft.Bcl.Build in the packages in one of PCL.

After the update to msbuild 15.3 it can't be built.

So, I've removed that the appropriate target from .csproj at all.
